This renovation transformed key areas of the home through thoughtful planning, refined material selections, and custom craftsmanship. In the kitchen, a structural wall was reconfigured to create a more open and functional layout, making way for custom cabinetry fabricated in Italy and seamlessly integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The adjoining dining area continues the warm, contemporary aesthetic with custom built-ins and a cohesive palette of natural wood tones and soft neutrals.

In the family room, the existing television wall and fireplace were completely redesigned as a custom architectural feature. Integrated cabinetry and display shelving frame a dramatic stone fireplace surround, bringing warmth, function, and a strong visual focal point to the space.

The powder room was given its own distinct personality with a dramatic Phillip Jeffries mural wallcovering in layered shades of blue. A contemporary navy vanity complements the tones of the mural, while new lighting and refined finishes complete the space.
