The Grand Oaks Estate was thoughtfully refreshed to bring a more current perspective to an elegant, established home while preserving the character that made it feel special.

In the primary suite, the goal was to maintain its soft, Parisian-inspired sensibility while giving the space a fresh new layer. Updated paint, lighting, nightstands, an upholstered bench, and an RH area rug refined the bedroom without losing its romantic elegance. In the adjoining bath, existing cabinetry was repainted, walls were refreshed, and the vanity stool was reupholstered in coordinating fabrics to create a seamless connection between the two spaces.

The guest bedrooms and bathrooms took on a more contemporary personality, with updated finishes, lighting, furnishings, and distinctive wallcoverings from Phillip Jeffries and Kelly Wearstler adding texture and visual interest. The laundry room underwent a complete renovation with custom cabinetry and thoughtfully planned storage, transforming a purely functional space into one that feels polished and considered.

Throughout the home, the approach was one of thoughtful evolution rather than reinvention, balancing existing architecture with updated materials, furnishings, and details to create interiors that feel collected, sophisticated, and timeless.
