The Strathmore House, FL

A complete renovation designed to transform an existing home into a fresh, cohesive, and market-ready residence. The redesign included reworking several key areas of the floor plan, including the kitchen, primary bathroom, dining area, and laundry room, while also creating an additional bedroom, full bathroom, and powder room to improve the home’s functionality and value.

The kitchen was completely redesigned with custom cabinetry, a generous waterfall island, and a warm, neutral material palette that carries throughout the home. Cabinetry, vanities, tile, flooring, fixtures, and finishes were carefully selected to create a consistent contemporary aesthetic from room to room.

An existing structural fireplace, which could not be relocated, was thoughtfully reimagined as a more intentional architectural feature, improving both its appearance and functionality while integrating it into the newly opened living spaces.

Soft, understated furnishings complement the architecture and finishes, allowing the redesigned spaces to remain the focus while giving the home a warm, lived-in quality.
